Site inspections
An inspector physically attends the property to inspect accessible areas and capture photographic evidence up close, using appropriate safety controls.
Flight inspections
Where suitable, drone or aerial inspection technology captures roof data, photos, measurements and damage evidence from above, which is ideal for large, steep or hard-to-access roofs.
Dual inspections with assessors
If an insurer has already inspected and missed damage, we may be able to attend a dual inspection alongside the insurance assessor to point out affected areas.
