Why get an inspection?
Storm damage isn't always obvious
A roof can look fine from the street and still have hail damage, damaged flashings, dented guttering, affected solar panels or water entry points that lead to corrosion.
A proper inspection helps you find out:

Depending on the property, location and access, we arrange a site inspection, a drone (flight) inspection or both. Whichever method we use, the aim is the same: clear evidence and a clear report.
Site inspections
An inspector attends in person to inspect accessible areas and photograph the damage up close.
Flight inspections
Drone imagery captures roof data, photos and damage evidence from above, where suitable.
If the assessor can't find the damage, we can attend and help point it out.

If damage is found, you won't be left guessing
Our job is to inspect, document and report. Where claim help is needed, we only refer clients to suitable claim management companies with the correct financial services licensing.

Is the inspection really free?
In selected areas and circumstances, All Clear Inspect may provide a free property inspection. Availability depends on location, storm history, property type and current inspection campaigns. There are no hidden costs, and anything that isn't free is explained upfront.
Do you work for the insurance company?
No. All Clear Inspect works for the property owner. Our job is to identify, document and report on visible property damage so the owner can make informed decisions.
Do insurance assessors miss damage?
It can happen. Our inspectors regularly identify storm and hail damage that has been overlooked, dismissed or under-scoped during insurer assessments. That's why photographic evidence, causation notes and repair recommendations matter.
What happens if damage is found?
We document the damage and prepare a report. Depending on your situation, we may recommend repair quoting, further testing, make-safe action, maintenance or referral to a suitable licensed claim management specialist.
Do I need to climb onto the roof?
No, and you shouldn't. Roof inspections can be dangerous and should be carried out by suitable inspectors using appropriate safety controls.
